Our studios

Are the studios furnished?
All of our studios are furnished and equipped with modern and bespoke interior finishes at the highest standards including modern kitchens, brand appliances, double glazed windows, gas central heating, LED lights, bespoke wardrobes and fully tiled bathrooms.
Is there internet access?
All our studios benefit from a dedicated WiFi access network.
What appliances are provided?
All studios are self-contained and equipped with brand appliances: Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Electrical Hob and Micro-Oven.
Will I have a TV?
All studios are equipped with a TV.
Can I park my bike?
Yes - at the rear of the building there is a secured area where you will be able to park your bike.

Renting

How can I apply to rent a studio?
First, please contact us! If there is availability, you will be asked to pay a holding deposit (one week’s rent) and be referred to complete a credit check. During that time, we will reserve the studio for you to allow reasonable time to complete the credit check and for signing the tenancy agreement.
Is the holding deposit refundable?
If the tenancy agreement is signed, the holding deposit will form part of the tenancy deposit (5 week’s rent). If you wish to withdraw your application, the holding deposit is not refundable.
What is a credit check?
As part of the credit check process, you will be referred to an external agency who will check your identity, “right to rent” in the UK, and your ability to meet your obligations under the rental agreement.
What happens if I fail the credit check?
In the case that you do not pass the credit check, you will be asked to provide a guarantor who lives in the UK. If neither of these options are possible, a rent guarantor scheme will be required.

Moving out

How should I leave my studio at the end of the tenancy?
Prior to vacating, you should remove any personal belongings and arrange for the studio to be professionally cleaned.
How can I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be transferred to a DPS account (government approved deposit protection scheme which is an external and regulated organisation). After your departure, your deposit will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions of your rental agreement.
